A selection of brand-new Aftermarket Parts was just revealed for MW3 Season 2, including a chainsaw underbarrel attachment and more!
As a new feature for the Call of Duty series, Aftermarket Parts completely change the way weapons play. They allow you to attach Conversion Kits which significantly impact a weapon’s original style and gameplay design.
With MW3 Season 2 coming just around the corner, players will get a whole host of new Aftermarket Parts to try. We go into them all below!
New Aftermarket Parts for Season 2
7 new Aftermarket Parts are making their way to MW3 in Season 2. They include an assortment of Conversion Kits that change up a variety of MW3’s base weapons.
This includes a kit that converts the BAS-P into a lever action rifle and an underbarrel attachment that adds a chainsaw to your gun! For any Gears of War fans out there who are fond of the Lancer Assault Rifle, this one’s for you.

Just as with Season 1, you’ll be able to get your hands on the new Aftermarket Parts for Season 2 by completing weekly challenges and progressing through the Battle Pass during the season.
It’s important to note that specific details have not yet been revealed on which week in Season 2 these Aftermarket Parts will become available. We’ll be sure to update this article when we know more!

- How to Unlock: Battle Pass Unlock
- Compatible With: Holger 26 LMG
- Provides a dramatically increased fire rate but can overheat and expand the barrel, introducing spread
- JAK Tyrant 762
- How to Unlock: Weekly Challenge Unlock
- Compatible With: Longbow Sniper Rifle
- Swaps out the receiver and magazine to accommodate 7.62 BLK ammunition for a harder-hitting, subsonic weapon
- JAK Backsaw Kit
- How to Unlock: Weekly Challenge Unlock
- Compatible With: Holger 556 Assault Rifle
- Makes the Holger 556 more maneuverable. The stock is removed entirely for faster, more agile tactics
- JAK Limb Ripper
- How to Unlock: Weekly Challenge Unlock
- Compatible With: Underbarrel Attachment for multiple weapons
- Adds an underbarrel chainsaw that deals “close-quarters carnage”
- JAK Maglift Kit

- Reinforces the magwell, bolt, and trigger assembly to accommodate the extra-large drum magazine
- JAK Outlaw-277 Kit
