Players can only get the Diablo 4 Season 1 Uber Unique, the Ahavarion Spear of Lycander, as a random drop from level 85+ enemies in World Tier 4 Torment Difficulty.
You must have already completed the Fallen Temple Capstone Dungeon in order to unlock the World Tier 4 Torment Difficulty. Additionally, you’ll need to be on Tier 31 Nightmare Dungeons to encounter level 85 enemies.

Blizzard has not disclosed the drop rate of Uber Uniques, but several sources have claimed it’s around 1 in 1,000,000. Other users have acquired an Uber Unique at a much higher drop rate.
Either way, you should expect to kill a significant amount of mobs before the Ahavarion Spear of Lycander Uber Unique drops, as it is incredibly rare.

This unique effect makes the Ahavarion Spear of Lycander an incredibly powerful weapon to use in Nightmare Dungeons, which are typically full of Elite enemies.
The Ahavarion Spear of Lycander is not class-specific and can be equipped by any class in Diablo 4. However, due to being a staff, it is better suited to Druids and Sorcerers.
