Warzone Intro Cutscene
There is a new opening cutscene to games of Warzone that shows the mysterious ship crash landing on the shores of Verdansk.
The cutscene then shows the shadow of a figure heading past some barrels. After heading to the new Shipwreck point of interest, it is revealed that the shadowy figure was in fact a zombie.
But that's not all, the Shipwreck location in Warzone is infested with a horde of zombies.

Warzone Shipwreck Point of Interest
Despite the dangerous flesh-eating zombies, it is definitely worth dropping at the new Shipwreck point of interest in Warzone.
The ship reaching Verdansk has also brought a new point of interest to the map. It is located on the South coast of Verdansk, halfway between Port and Prison.
This isn't the only new location in Warzone Season 2. Find out where all of the new Warzone bunkers are.
This is because you can find some good loot there as well as complete the new Zombies Outbreak challenges in Warzone to earn new calling cards, charms, and even a weapon blueprint.
Zombies in Warzone
At the moment, the zombies are only in the new Shipwreck point of interest. This is marked with a red scratch on the Warzone map to signify that there are zombies there.
This suggests that zombies could be spreading across Verdansk as the Warzone season goes on. And, therefore, it could end up leading to the rumored end of Verdansk event.
