Everyone knows that the RPK is the most popular LMG in Warzone 2, but you don’t want to sleep on the SAKIN when building your loadout.
Warzone 2 is a whole new game, and with it comes a fun and varied new meta. So long as your definition of fun and varied is facing the RPK, Akimbo Pistols, and Fennec in almost every single encounter.
It makes sense for gamers to want to use the best guns, after all, a Battle Royale title requires players to overcome incredible odds to secure the win.
But while everyone was discovering the power of the RPK, there’s one LMG that it seems the player base is still overlooking.
Shared by the ‘Gun Doctor’ P4wnyhof on YouTube, here’s a new SAKIN build that you have to check out:

SAKIN MG38 vs RPK
It’s clear that the RPK is a far more popular option than the SAKIN right now, but why is that? Let’s take a look at two weapons and compare their strengths and weaknesses.
Accuracy
In the best RPK loadout, the LMG is certainly no slouch, but the SAKIN MG38 build above has next to no recoil whatsoever. Even at incredible ranges, it’s capable of beaming an enemy in record time.
In the build above, you’ll hardly need to move your crosshair, even without going prone or mounting up.

Reload Time
Thanks to its drum magazine, the RPK has a relatively speedy reload, something that the SAKIN just can’t offer. However, the SAKIN’s 100-round base magazine means that you’re not going to be caught without bullets very often.
You’ll need to get used to only reloading when you’re safe when taking the SAKIN.

Speed & Maneuverability
This is where the RPK truly excels, and why the LMG has been top tier since Warzone 2’s release day. Despite its classification, the RPK feels more like an Assault Rifle with regard to ADS Speed and overall movement.
That said, the SAKIN is a longer-range powerhouse, making speed less important to the gunfight. Just be sure to take one of Warzone 2’s best SMGs alongside it for any close-quarters encounters.
But we highly suggest giving P4wnyhof‘s SAKIN loadout a go. Take a look at how insane its killpower is in the video below:
Ultimately, it’s down to you which LMG you prefer to use. And we’ve got a full in-depth breakdown of Warzone 2’s best LMG loadouts here, if you’re struggling to compare them.
