Wonder Weapons are part of what makes Zombies maps so iconic, but which supercharged weaponry can we get our hands on in Black Ops 6 Zombies?
So far, Black Ops 6 Zombies has two brand-new Wonder Weapons and three returning fan favorites for players to enjoy.
Despite Richtofen wielding the Wunderwaffe DG-2 in the intro cutscene for Liberty Falls, it does not appear that the classic weapon is returning – at least not yet.
For now, here’s a guide to every Wonder Weapon in Black Ops 6 Zombies, and how to get your hands on them:
Beamsmasher
Available On: Terminus
Black Ops 6 kicks things off with a brand-new Wonder Weapon, known as the Beamsmasher.
The new powerful weapon resembles an LMG, but fires a super-charged Aetheric beam to dispatch the undead. It features two different firing modes:
- Primary Fire: Unleashes a solid beam of Aetheric energy, breaking down organic matter at the molecular level. Enemies explode instantly upon contact, but the weapon becomes harder to move after firing for too long.
- Secondary Fire: The Beamsmasher emits focused soundwaves that cause enemy targets to vibrate and slow down significantly. Affected enemies won’t be hurt by this attack, but they will become more vulnerable to both the Primary Fire and other weaponry.
If all that isn’t enough, the Beamsmasher will vent its excess pressure while automatically reloading, causing a small blast radius that knocks down nearby enemies.
This Wonder Weapon can be Pack-a-Punched up to three times, turning into the ultimate high-round weapon in Black Ops 6 Zombies.
How to Get the Beamsmasher
The Beamsmasher is available in the Terminus Island Mystery Box, or as a rare reward for completing S.A.M. Trials.
However, you can also build the Beamsmasher as part of the Terminus Main Quest, by collecting several components from around the map.

Ray Gun
Available On: Terminus, Liberty Falls, Citadelle des Morts, The Tomb
It should come as no surprise to anyone that the Ray Gun returns in Black Ops 6 Zombies. After all, this iconic Wonder Weapon has appeared in the vast majority of Call of Duty Zombies maps to date.
The Ray Gun is the original COD Zombies Wonder Weapon, an alien pistol that first appeared back in World at War.
Since then, we’ve seen the Ray Gun Mark 2 and Mark 3 appear, though this one is definitely closer to the original design and is identical to the one we saw in Cold War Zombies.
The Ray Gun fires powerful green blasts that deal high damage, making it a great option even at higher rounds. In addition, it usually features minor splash damage, allowing users to fire into hordes of undead and dish out some major pain.
How to Get the Ray Gun
The Ray Gun is obtainable as a random drop in the Mystery Box, a high-tier drop for redeeming Loot Keys, or as a Legendary reward from S.A.M. Trials.
On top of that, there are often Easter eggs that reward players with a free Ray Gun in Black Ops Zombies games.
For example, the Bowling Easter Egg in Liberty Falls has a chance of dropping a Ray Gun.
Side quests that drop the Ray Gun will only be available in standard gameplay, but not in the new Guided Main Quest mode.
Jet Gun
Available On: Liberty Falls
Black Ops 6’s second launch map, Liberty Falls, brings back the Jet Gun!
Otherwise known as the Thrustodyne Aeronautics Model 23, the Jet Gun previously appeared in the Black Ops 2 Zombies map, TranZit.
When fired, the Wonder Weapon sucks enemies towards the player before instantly shredding them in its rotors.
The Jet Gun also comes with a new alternate fire mode in Black Ops 6 Zombies, which fires out a repulsing blast to decimate enemies. Doing so will immediately overheat the weapon, requiring players to wait until it cools before using it agaon.
In the past, extensive use without a cooldown would cause the Jet Gun to explode, breaking it completely. Now, the Wonder Weapon will fire until it overheats, making it an unstoppable force that all players will want to get their hands on.
How to Get the Jet Gun
This Jet Gun is made out of a jet turbine (hence its nickname), and requires players to craft it using not only the turbine, but also a Water Pressure Gauge, Electrical Wires, and a Handbrake.
Once you’ve got all three components, the Jet Gun can be constructed on the second floor of the Liberty Falls motel. Here’s a full guide to crafting the Jet Gun, so you never have to rely on luck again!
The Jet Gun is also available in the Mystery Box, S.A.M. Trial reward crates, or through side Easter Eggs such as the Liberty Falls Bowling minigame.
You can also find the Wonder Weapon in the Liberty Falls Vault, if you find a high-rarity key.
Bastard Sword
Available On: Citadelle des Morts
The Bastard Sword is a truly unique Wonder Weapon that can be upgraded into one of four special elemental variations.
After players get their hands on a Bastard Sword in Citadelle des Morts, they must complete a specific task in order to infuse their blade with Electric, Fire, Dark, or Light damage.
An upgraded sword gains a special ability for players to take advantage of, as well as a passive effect that improves the blade’s effectiveness in combat. And while we’ve got our own rankings of all four elemental swords, each one is still well worth picking up, not least because they don’t use up a weapon slot!
How to Get the Bastard Sword
The only way to get the Bastard Sword is to reach Round 10 on Citadelle des Morts. Then, players need to pick up a stamp dropped by special knight helmet-wearing zombies and take it to one of the statues in the Dining Hall.

Staff of Ice
Available On: The Tomb
The Staff of Ice returns from Black Ops 2’s Origins map, albeit without the other three elemental staffs!
The Black Ops 6 Staff of Ice is capable of firing ice blasts at enemies, slowing or freezing them in place.
After upgrading the Wonder Weapon to its more powerful form, Ull’s Arrow, the staff gains the ability to revive allies from a distance, allowing you to pick up your squad without putting yourself in danger.
How to Get the Staff of Ice
The Staff of Ice can be crafted at the altar in the Dark Aether after players find the Head Piece and the Staff by solving constellation puzzles.
It can also be upgraded to Ull’s Arrow, receiving a huge power-up and gaining new abilities in the process.

The Ice Staff is also present in the Mystery Box, allowing players to get it when rolling the box for new weapons.
