Call of Duty Warzone is finally making its way to mobile devices later this year, but when exactly will the Battle Royale arrive on phones?
If you’re eagerly awaiting Warzone Mobile’s release date, you’re not alone. It feels like we’ve been hearing about the port for years in leaks and rumors, but the game was only announced in March 2022.
Then, on September 15 of the same year, we got a look at Call of Duty Warzone Mobile gameplay, at the COD NEXT event. But since then, it’s been relatively quiet.
When Is Warzone Coming to Mobile Devices?
Call of Duty Warzone is set to release on Mobile in 2023, though an exact date has not been revealed at this point in time.
When viewing the game on the iOS App Store, Warzone Mobile says ‘Expected 1 Nov 2023‘ though it’s worth noting that this date originally stated 15 May before being pushed back.

With that in mind, the date could simply be a placeholder, especially given that the Google Play Store only says ‘Coming Soon.’
One recent rumor is that Call of Duty Warzone Mobile might release alongside Modern Warfare 3 on November 10, 2023. But we’ll have to wait and find out whether or not there’s any truth behind the matter.
However, Warzone Mobile has already launched in several countries as part of a limited-release rollout. These regions include:
- Australia – November 30, 2022
- Sweden, Norway, & Chile – March 23, 2023
With that in mind, we expect that it’s around time for another wave of countries to be able to download Warzone Mobile very soon.
If you can’t wait and you don’t mind fiddling around with a VPN, here’s how to download and play Warzone Mobile right now, from anywhere in the world!
