Every trainer has a dream, and that is completing the Pokedex for every region they encounter, including the newly added Kitakami region in The Teal Mask DLC for Pokemon Scarlet & Violet.
Interestingly enough, The Teal Mask DLC introduces its own Kitakami Pokedex that players will need to complete separately from the Paldea Pokedex of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. To complete this Pokedex, players will need to capture all 200 Pokemon assigned to The Teal Mask.
Thankfully, this isn’t nearly as difficult as it sounds since some Pokemon from the Paldea region will actually carry over directly to the Kitakami Pokedex.
What Do You Get For Completing Kitakami Pokedex?
When you complete the Kitakami Pokedex and register 200 Pokemon entries, you will receive a Glimmering Charm and Diploma from Jacq.

The Glimmering Charm will help you obtain more Tera Shards when you complete Tera Raids. This is incredibly important for any trainer looking to challenge the latest 7 Star Tera Raids.
You will also get a Moon Ball for registering all 200 Pokemon as a benchmark reward. To receive this, you need to access your Kitakami Pokedex, and claim your current rewards.
Where to Find Jacq
You will find Jacq near some trees south of the path that you find after you cross the bridge that connects Mossui Town and Reveler’s Road.

Go up to him once you have obtained all 200 Kitakami Pokedex entries in order to claim your rewards.
All Rewards For Completing The Teal Mask Pokedex

After you complete all 200 Kitakami Pokedex entries, you will need to speak to Jacq in order to get the rest of your rewards which include a Glimmering Charm and a Diploma.
Unfortunately, you won’t get any special Pokemon for completing the Pokedex since you technically already own every new Pokemon introduced in The Teal Mask. However, you can challenge a Bloodmoon Ursaluna after you’ve registered 150 Pokemon.
