Warzone Tree Glitch Removes Forests From The Map

Warzone players are reporting on a glitch, which appears to be removing most of the trees for the Battle Royale map. The bug looks to be transforming Verdansk into a post-apocalyptic wasteland, ahead of the destruction of Verdansk event.

Warzone is no stranger to bugs and glitches, but this one is causing some serious problems for players. The Warzone tree glitch is resulting in a hellish-looking landscape devoid of any trees or fauna. Furthermore, the issue means that players can’t see the trees, even though they are still objects in the game.

However, a lack of trees could soon be the case for Verdansk anyway. Interestingly enough, Warzone’s map is set to be nuked in the destruction of Verdansk event. Furthermore, the first hint for Warzone’s 1980s Verdansk map has been found in-game.

Similarly, the Warzone nuke event date & time has already been revealed in a new teaser. Players should have a brand new map to look forward to, hopefully without any new game-breaking bugs and glitches to deal with either…

Warzone Tree Bug Makes Forest Invisible

Although the Warzone tree glitch is not a new issue, players have been reporting on the bug appearing more often recently. The issue results in a deforested and rather barren-looking Verdansk.

The problem appears to be a rare server issue that can affect a number of players at random. Interestingly, users over on Reddit have reported on the problem, which removes most of the game’s trees.

Furthermore, Warzone appears to be plagued with a host of issues at the moment. Most recently, Warzone players are dealing with cheaters equipped with Warzone hacks that are the most powerful yet.

Although players may think that the Warzone tree glitch gives them a huge tactical advantage this is in fact not the case. Not being able to see the map’s trees doesn’t mean they aren’t still there.

Although the glitch might result in you being able to spot an enemy, you can never be sure if you’ve got a clear shot as there could be an invisible tree blocking your bullets. Furthermore, navigating a vehicle through the glitch is going to take you a very long time.

Take a look at this clip from Reddit user UV_H 16 just below which shows off exactly how the deforestation glitch looks in-game:

There are many players that believe Warzone is not getting the treatment it desperately deserves. Most recently, players have accused Activision of ignoring Warzone players to sell more blueprints.

Similarly, the Warzone tree glitch is just the tip of the iceberg. The rampant cheating problem, other bugs and glitches, and weapon balancing issues are souring the experience for players. In fact, the problems have become so apparent that Warzone players are demanding fixes with the FIXWZ movement.

Finally, it turns out that Warzone’s worst weapon may in fact actually be extremely powerful. You may want to take a look at the loadout for yourself, which could be shaking up the meta.
