Warzone Season 5 has introduced two brand-new perks to the game – find out what ‘Tempered’ does in Warzone and if you should put it in your loadout.
Warzone Season 5 is finally here and it’s brought plenty of changes. However, players are particularly excited about the new Warzone perks.
There were very few useful Perks to pick from in Warzone before, so Raven has added two brand new ones to the game. Find out everything you need to know about this interesting new Perk.
But first, check out all of the new content in Black Ops Cold War and Warzone Season 5.
What is The Tempered Perk in Warzone?
Players can pick two new Perks in Warzone after the Season 5 update. In addition to Tempered, the brand-new Combat Scout Perk lets players see opponents through walls!
While many players will be drawn towards Combat Scout because of its powerful intel-gathering abilities, Tempered will also be very powerful for aggressive players.
Armor plates are always hard to come by in Warzone, and the Tempered Perk makes staying at full plates so much easier by making each plate take more damage. Tempered means you only need 2 armor plates to be fully armored, instead of the usual 4.
Don’t worry though, you’ll be just as protected as anyone else – Tempered makes each armor plate have 75 HP instead of 50. While this is a subtle change, this will let players armor up quicker and won’t need to find as many plates.
While this Perk could be a niche pick, it sounds perfect for aggressive players. However, many players won’t choose this instead of Ghost or Overkill, the two best Perks in the game.
Will you be using the Tempered Perk in Warzone Season 5? The best place to try it out is in the new 50v50 ‘Clash’ Warzone game mode.
