Warzone Players Want Update To Fix Terrible Audio Balancing

Warzone players are desperate for some fixes for the game’s audio.

Every little detail can make the difference in a high-stakes, fast-paced battle royale like Warzone. That’s why players are so frustrated with the game’s audio at the moment.

Warzone has quite a few audio balancing issues that are causing players to complain. But what are they?

Warzone Footsteps are Too Quiet

One frustrated Warzone player, u/GodMeyo, has taken to the game’s subreddit to list all of the problems he has with the audio in Warzone at the moment. However, he acknowledges that the biggest problem in Warzone is the terrible lighting in Verdansk ’84.

The main problem players have with Warzone’s audio is, unsurprisingly, how difficult it is to hear the footsteps of opposing players. In addition to footsteps being too quiet, they are also balanced very poorly because a player sprinting is barely louder than someone crouch walking.

This, combined with the ‘invisible’ pay to win Roze skin, makes campers nearly impossible to find.

This leads players to turn up the volume. However, the poster then says that turning up the volume then causes a couple of other huge audio problems.

Secondly, GodMeyo points out that some weapons are just way too loud. The example he gives is the LC10, which is extremely noisy even with a suppressor on.

Hopefully, Warzone developer Raven Software, or the other new studio working on Warzone, helps to balance the audio in Warzone in a future update.

Meanwhile, developer Raven Software has banned over 500,000 Warzone cheaters now. However, many players still think Warzone hacking is worse than ever.

Also, a fix for Warzone’s totally broken streamer mode could be on the way soon.
