With updates this big, it is common to encounter bugs here and there. Thus far, Warzone Pacific has not been an exception to this rule.

Raven Software Investigates Audio Issues Affecting Warzone Pacific’s Caldera

Raven Software officially added several audio issues to its list of recognized bugs in Warzone Pacific’s Caldera map.

Thus far, the developer has listed two main issues with audio on Caldera. One of these issues causes audio to drop out during gameplay intermittently.

The second issue is a bit more elaborated as it covers many gameplay aspects. According to Raven Software, an audio issue causes inconsistent audio levels across several elements in the Caldera map.

Among the elements affected are planes, bombing runes, and Killstreaks. The developer warned that this issue might affect even more gameplay elements.

According to Raven Software, both issues are under investigation, and there is no estimated resolution time.

Additionally, gamers have reported this bug constantly alongside other Warzone issues.

Also, many players have described this issue as audio lag. According to reports, players hear footsteps, gunshots, or even explosions with a delay.

Some gamers have experienced this issue intermittently in matches. Sadly, others have encountered it so often that the game is virtually unplayable.

Furthermore, some unlucky gamers reported this issue happening as often as once every minute.

Raven Software also addressed PS4 and PS5 performance issues in Warzone Pacific along with these audio issues.

Undoubtedly, the developer’s communication has been stellar. Hopefully, its resolution time will follow the same trend.

This issue has been in the game ever since launch it just effects more people than others I highly doubt they will be able to complete fix it, incompetent devs.

Hey Guys,

had the same issue. I just changed some graphic settings. No it works somehow. Couldn't find out which was the important one. But I think its about texture streaming and quality. Just try it out and lower your graphic settings. Hope it helps.

Cheers! Marco
