Warzone NVIDIA DLSS Glitch Causes Major Aim Problem

There is a major problem NVIDIA DLSS in Warzone that totally ruins your aim.

Warzone players on PC were very happy when Warzone finally got DLSS support last month. However, players have since found a major problem with it.

DLSS is an amazing feature that can improve graphical performance as well as frame rate, but it might actually ruin your aim, thanks to this frustrating bug.

But first, be sure to check out our guide to NVIDIA DLSS in Warzone.

Warzone Season 3

Warzone NVIDIA DLSS Aim Problems

Warzone has already had a huge aiming scandal recently as some players claimed that Modern Warfare guns have more aim assist in Warzone. However, there are even more aiming issues!

A new post on the Warzone subreddit has highlighted that NVIDIA DLSS causes a major problem with the location of your crosshairs.

While you probably wont notice this problem when using an SMG, it can be terrible for zoomed in optics for rifles.

DLSS Crosshairs Glitch

A DLSS test shows a player aiming a weapon with a Tac Laser and a high zoom scope. However, the laser doesn’t line up with the crosshairs when using NVIDIA DLSS in Warzone.

In fact, bullets shoot where the Tac Laser is pointed rather than where the crosshair is when NVIDIA DLSS is turned on in Warzone.

It’s even worse than that as different DLSS settings actually change where the crosshairs are too. Ultra Performance and Balanced seem to be the worst affected but none of the DLSS settings line up with the Tac Laser attachment.

This apparently affects all guns in Warzone and is a serious problem that needs to be looked into. Let’s hope Raven fixes this very promptly, but for now, it’s best to turn off NVIDIA DLSS in Warzone.

If there is a fix for this issue it will come in the next major update for Warzone. Luckily, the Warzone Season 3 Reloaded trailer and release date have been revealed.

Additionally, Warzone developer Raven will issue a fix for the terrible lighting in Verdansk ’84. Hopefully, you’ll be able to see players in windows now.

Finally, it looks like Warzone will finally be getting a mobile version. Would you want to drop into Verdansk on your phone?
