Players are anxiously awaiting the release of Warzone Mobile to once again drop into Verdansk, but it seems that the release is still far away.
Activision has yet to announce an official worldwide release date for the upcoming mobile battle royale, but the App Store previously listed it as expected on May 15, 2023.
But after not hearing much about Warzone Mobile the past few weeks, players noticed that the date had moved to the end of 2023.
Warzone Mobile Expected Release Date Pushed Back
Activision has pushed back the Warzone Mobile expected release date to November 1, 2023, from its original date of May 15, 2023.

Although the expected release date has been delayed, an Activision spokesperson has told GameSpot that “development is on track and we expect to release globally later this year.”
There was never an official worldwide release date for Warzone Mobile. Many players believed it would arrive during the year’s first half because of its seamless connection to Warzone 2 and MW2.
But if it’s true that Warzone Mobile is now releasing in November, then it aligns with the leaks for COD 2023.
This would make sense since it’ll allow Activision to push Warzone Mobile and COD 2023 together, similar to what they did with MW2 and Warzone 2.
Warzone Mobile seemed to be nearing release due to its expanded limited release. Currently, players in Australia, Chile, Norway, and Sweden can jump into Verdansk and experience what the mobile version offers.
Players interested in this mobile battle royale should pre-register for Warzone Mobile. This will also reward you with great in-game rewards once the full game is released.

Some leaks show that Rebirth Island may also come to Warzone Mobile as part of a Resurgence mode. This is an interesting approach since many players have been itching to return to Verdansk and Rebirth Island.
But many would likely hope to do it through the mainline games, not Call of Duty’s mobile versions.
