Warzone Live Ping Glitch Is Giving Many Players A Disadvantage

Are the live pings in Warzone working properly for you?

Warzone, like many other battle royale games, has a ping system. This lets players communicate with their teammates about where items are and where to rotate to.

Warzone also has a live ping feature that lets players highlight the live locations of enemy players. If you ping an enemy, a red square marks them for your whole squad to see.

However, many players have been having issues with live pings since the Season 3 Reloaded update. What is it and why is it happening?

Warzone Live Pings Not Working

Recently, many Warzone players have been reporting issues with live pinging enemies. This seems to have been happening since the Season 3 Reloaded Update made some huge changes to the game.

This clip shows that the live ping on an enemy player goes away when the enemy is out of sight. This is very annoying as it means that you and your squad no longer know the location of an enemy.

Of course, the live ping marker is supposed to disappear after a certain amount of time, however, the ping should not disappear when an enemy leaves your line of sight.

Hopefully, developer Raven Software fixes this live ping issue in an upcoming Warzone update because it is putting players who suffer from this glitch at quite a big disadvantage.

Meanwhile, there are a number of other problems annoying Warzone players at the moment too. The biggest one by far is that cheaters using wallhacks have taken over Solos.

Players are also having issues with the terrible lighting in Verdansk ’84. At least Raven Software will be fixing the blinding lens flare effect in Warzone soon though.
