Warzone Hackers on the Rise Before New RICOCHET Anti-Cheat System

The number of hackers and cheaters playing Warzone seems to be on the rise ahead of the new RICOCHET anti-cheat system coming soon.

Hackers and cheaters have plagued Warzone ever since it launched in Spring last year. However, the problem seems to be getting worse and worse.

We previously reported that Warzone hackers were at an all-time high in Season 6 and the problem is getting worse and worse.

But why is the number of hackers and cheaters playing Warzone right now increasing? It could be for a load of reasons, but Warzone players believe they have the answer.

More Hackers & Cheaters Are Playing Warzone Before the RICOCHET Anti-Cheat Arrives

With Warzone hacks now available to download on console and the last major ban wave coming back in August, it is no surprise that there are loads of cheaters in Warzone right now.

It’s now so bad that Warzone hackers and cheaters have to fight each other!

However, these aren’t the only reason behind the extremely high number of players using aimbots and wallhacks. A new post on the Warzone subreddit claims that many hackers are using the final days of Verdansk as a last hurrah for cheating.

Many players have noticed an increase in the number of aimbots and wallhacks being used recently. This is because they already know that the improved RICOCHET anti-cheat system for Warzone is coming.

Therefore, as this will (hopefully) be their last chance to cheat in Warzone, all of the hackers have seemingly been dropping into Verdansk over the last couple of weeks.

Warzone Season 6

After all, with Warzone hackers now getting hardware bans, the RICOCHET anti-cheat will hopefully remove a large portion of cheaters for good.

Let’s just hope that the hackers go away when the new Warzone Pacific Caldera map and anti-cheat releases. The last thing Warzone players want is the new map to be ruined by hackers too.

Meanwhile, we have the answer to one of the biggest anti-cheat questions. Will Warzone’s RICOCHET anti-cheat detect hackers using Cronus and XIM?

Also, there have been major worries about the new system already. Apparently cheat manufacturers already have the RICOCHET anti-cheat files.

Additionally, cheaters are pushing casual players away from the game. This has made people believe that Warzone SBMM is giving them harder lobbies than ever.
