It appears that a new ‘God Mode’ glitch is making some Warzone players completely invincible in the battle royale.
There’s nothing more frustrating than a battle royale that’s not working as intended. After outlasting 99 players, you could always be killed by a cheating 100th user after all.
And today is the day where players are losing their minds at Warzone. After a recent update, everything is going wrong with the popular battle royale title.
First of all, a new gun is appearing in game and the Sykov is by far the most broken weapon in Warzone already.
Next, Warzone’s most overpowered skin is being given out for free, thanks to a new bug.
Then you’ve got Warzone’s Radiation Zones leading to new legit Infinite Stim tactics. And on top of all of that, Warzone stats and wins are no longer recording for all users.
But the worst issue yet is about to rear its head.
Warzone Invincible Players Are Back in the Game
As the title states, it appears that Warzone’s invincible player issue is back in the game in what is being called a ‘God Mode’ glitch.
On multiple new posts to the CODWarzone subreddit, players are sharing their experiences fighting against invincible enemies.
In one post, the player pumps bullets into an enemy, getting only hitmarkers for their efforts. No matter how many grenades, rounds, or melee attacks they deliver, the invincible user survives with no issue.
The player and his team even attempt multiple executions on the enemy, only for them to get right back up after the animation finishes.
The same happens with another Warzone user who encounters an invincible enemy who can survive Finishing Moves. It’s not certain what the cause is for this God Mode glitch in Warzone just yet.
Some players speculate that this is the work of a new hack, but others believe that the issue is just another of Warzone’s many bugs. Although the new Warzone hacks are the most powerful yet, they’re not usually this broken.
After all, the Warzone helicopter glitch is able to make players invincible and invisible in-game. It’s not out of the realm of possibilities that something in the newest update is allowing users to take no damage.
One good thing about the newest update however, is that it allows Warzone players to turn into zombies! And what’s more, you can even win a Warzone Victory as an undead soldier.
Hopefully, we can at least see the end of some of these issues as we head to the new 1980s Verdansk map next week. In case you didn’t see, we just got a new Warzone Season 3 cinematic leak, which points at the next chapter of the story.
But what we really want is a major weapons overhaul. After all, Warzone players can currently ‘expect to lose’ when not running the meta.
