The Numbers event has finally arrived in Warzone, but many players think it’s a complete disappointment or even worse!
In-game events are some of the most exciting times for Warzone players to hop into Verdansk. However, the latest event hasn’t gotten fans excited at all.
There was plenty of build-up to The Numbers including lobby screen teasers as well as the constant hints about it in all of the patch notes. This created a load of hype for the event.
Unfortunately, though, the event hasn’t lived up to the hype and players aren’t happy. But why do Warzone fans hate The Numbers event?
But first, find out everything you need to know about The Numbers event in Warzone.
Warzone Players Call The Numbers Event “Terrible”
Warzone players have been starved of new content recently. Beyond the great new Iron Trials ’84 game mode, there have been very few good additions to the game in the past few months.
Players had hoped that this would change with The Numbers. But this is yet another disappointment for many Warzone fans who have started to complain on the game’s subreddit.
Hundreds of players have upvoted a post that calls The Numbers Warzone event “terrible” and it’s hard to disagree with the reasons.
“Walk up to a van and press a button, hear some numbers and that’s it. No effect on the game whatsoever. Nothing cool happens. Must have taken them 5 minutes to come up with and implement.”u/TheDudeofDudez
Warzone players had been hoping for much more from The Numbers event and for it to be this simple is a major disappointment.
Luckily though, even if The Numbers was a letdown, Warzone players have two events to look forward to in the coming months, according to leaks.
First, the 2021 Warzone Halloween event has been leaked and it features a brand new horror-themed operator skin. Additionally, a leaker has revealed that there will be a huge reveal event for the new Warzone Pacific map.
