What is The Combat Scout Perk in Warzone?

Warzone has introduced two new perks to the game in the Season 5 update. Alongside Combat Scout, is the brand-new Tempered Perk that lets players equip stronger armor plates.

While many players may not pick Tempered instead of Ghost or Overkill, Combat Scout will most likely become a new meta perk in the new season of Warzone.

Combat Scout automatically pings any enemies that you damage, alongside highlighting them in bright orange. This will be especially useful when trying to finish off fleeing opponents.

Additionally, this highlighting effect also works through walls so your enemies won’t be able to hide from you.

This sounds insanely powerful and will be a solid pick in Warzone for any aggressive players. However, many players in the community are already worried because it seems very similar to having wallhacks.

Will you be using Combat Scout in Warzone Season 5? If you’re still not sure, why not try it out in the new ‘Clash’ 50v50 Warzone game mode.
