Warzone & Black Ops Cold War Season 3 Reloaded is just around the corner, and we already have an idea about the upcoming patch notes.
After a strong start to Cold War and Warzone Season 3, Call of Duty fans are already hungry for new content. Thankfully, the Season 3 Reloaded update is only a matter of days away from dropping.
As the mid-season update, Season 3 Reloaded will bring a lot of new content to Warzone and Black Ops Cold War. Not only are we getting some of the weapons, Operators, and more promised in the initial Season 3 roadmap, there are some exciting new features on the way too.
For example, the new Season 3 Reloaded teaser trailer shows off Rambo as a new Warzone Operator! And the 80s movie star isn’t the only recognizable face dropping with the new update.
Black Ops Cold War & Warzone Season 3 Reloaded Patch Notes
Thanks to an early look at the Black Ops Cold War and Warzone Season 3 Reloaded patch notes, we can anticipate what to expect in the upcoming update.
As previously mentioned, our new Season 3 Reloaded Warzone Operator is none other than Rambo himself. And the iconic soldier will be joined by at least one more movie star in Season 3 Reloaded.
It looks like John McClane from Die Hard is also coming to Warzone, in the game’s best crossover since Halloween last year. On top of that, we should soon be seeing the release of Season 3 Operator Antonov, who comes with a new tracer pack Operator bundle.
Finally, there are even reports that The Terminator may arrive in Warzone Season 3 Reloaded!
Of course, it wouldn’t be a Call of Duty update without new weapons in Warzone and Cold War. This time around, fans of both titles will be able to enjoy the AMP63, a cross between a self-loading pistol and a fully automatic SMG.
We’re already praying that this gun won’t turn out to be as devastating as the Sykov in Warzone.
Warzone and Cold War fans will also be able to use a new melee weapon in-game: the Baseball Bat. Although melee is overpowered in Warzone, we can’t imagine that fans will start to favor this new bat over the other options.
However, there’s one more weapon that’s coming to Warzone in Season 3 Reloaded. The long-awaited introduction of the Ballistic Knife in the battle royale is just around the corner.
But if the blade isn’t a one-hit kill, expect it to be next to useless in Warzone.
Thankfully, there’s a new way to easily unlock the new Season 3 Reloaded weapons, without even going online.
When it comes to new maps in Season 3 Reloaded, Treyarch aims to not disappoint. After the launch of Yamantau and Diesel, two popular Multiplayer maps, the developer isn’t letting up in the new update.
Finally, this popular Black Ops 2 map is returning as a 6v6 arena. And Duga is coming to Multi-Team modes with the Season 3 Reloaded update.
It’s worth pointing out that you can already experience Duga early, thanks to Cold War Zombies Outbreak mode.
New Game Modes
As for new game modes, there’s more to enjoy than ever in Black Ops Cold War Season 3.
Multi-Team Elimination is finally arriving, where players compete to be the last team standing. Redeploys are limited and loadouts are restricted as teams battle it out alongside expanding Radiation Zones.
Board the exfil chipper or eliminate your competition for good to be declared the winner!
Despite a lot of new content coming in the Warzone and Black Ops Cold War Season 3 Reloaded patch, a lot of users are more curious about the mid-season event. After all, we had an incredible experience with Verdansk’s last major event, which gave us a new map to play on.
But, given that Verdank ’84 isn’t too different from the battle royale’s standard locale, some users were expecting a little more. The update’s mid-season event may follow on from the recent Hunt for Adler event, where the Cold War character was finally rescued from the hands of Stitch.
Speaking of of which, don’t forget to claim your free Adler skin in Warzone right now!
We imagine that the mid-season event might be how Warzone introduces its mysterious new fast-travel system! And there’s a brand-new vehicle coming to Warzone in Season 3 Reloaded too.
But we’re still hoping that this overpowered loadout must-have gets a nerf in Warzone to help finally balance the game for good.
