Speculation is brewing surrounding the new Warzone map and what kind of setting players will get to experience. At first glance, the new map leak looks to be a reworked 80's version of Verdansk.

It appears that players may be going back in time to the 1980s. Interestingly, the new Warzone map has been rumored to be on the Black Ops Cold War Engine. This would make sense given that Verdansk might now be set around the same time period as Black Ops Cold War.
One Twitter user by the name of Nanikos has shown off all of the rumored Verdansk POI coming with the 80's themed map.
According to Nanikos Warzone's 80's Verdansk map will feature a number of new and returning POI. Amongst some of the most interesting are Vorkuta and Park.
