Warzone 2 players have discovered a trick that allows the Cargo Truck, sometimes called Bertha, to travel underwater and cross large bodies of water.
While the player is underwater and inside the Cargo Truck, they do not drown and can easily drive through bodies of water.
This is likely a bug Raven Software did not intend to be possible. Players can use this method to travel underwater unnoticed and flank unsuspecting players easily.
Some players have noted that they can use other vehicles to achieve this feat, but the results are varied. Sometimes it works, and other times it does not work and can damage the player.
The original poster of the Warzone 2 Reddit video above also stated that they could travel underwater inside the Cargo Truck for an “unlimited” time.
This could be a dangerous exploit that players use to gain an advantage, similar to the Gas Mask issue. Although, this is not the first unfair bug players have found in Warzone 2.
Currently, one of the ultimate perks in Warzone 2 allows players to have an unlimited Advanced UAV. This allows them to see the direction and location of enemy players. That might be a bigger advantage than surviving underwater.
Players can still be harmed by the circle while underwater. So it’s unlikely that players can use this bug to win a match of Warzone 2 unless the circle closes in on a body of water.
Thankfully, Raven Software has assured players that some massive changes are coming in Warzone 2 Season 2.
They’ve already revealed a return of the 1v1 Gulag and changes to the looting system in Warzone 2. Raven Software also revealed that Warzone 2 Resurgence and changes to the economy would arrive in Season 2.
All these changes seem to point to a huge update for Warzone 2 in Season 2, which could potentially lead to many of the recent glitches being fixed.
Hopefully, we won’t see players dying before they have a chance to finish their match again.
