We are a few days ago from the major Holidays in December. After a whole year in the market, both PS5 and Xbox Series X are constantly out of stock.
Companies like Sony have made the best effort possible to secure chips for manufacturing consoles. Although, these efforts are still far from meeting current demand.
Ultimately, retailers like Walmart have to do their best to appease their customer’s high demand with the stock they receive.
Today, Walmart had a Walmart Plus member-only PS5 and Xbox Series X restock. Customers, as always, were vocal about this restock.
Gamers React To Walmart’s Latest PS5 and Xbox Series X Restock
Walmart had a Walmart+ PS5 and Xbox Series X restock, and customers are satisfied with this drop.
Generally, these restocks result in customers complaining about having to pay for a membership. Fortunately, this drop’s stock amount led to many happy customers instead.
Right after the drop went live, many happy gamers flooded Twitter.

The luck was not only for PS5 customers. Some Xbox gamers were fortunate and landed a double-point score getting both consoles!

Many gamers happily shared how happy their family would be with this win. Considering how hard it is to get a console in the Holidays season, the celebration is completely justified!

Sadly, some customers did not have a great experience. Walmart restocks are notorious for customer complaints related to issues with their queue timer.
This time was not an exception to this kind of glitch.
Overall, this was a great PS5 and Xbox Series X restock on behalf of Walmart.
Hopefully, this restock will not end in order cancellations. Walmart’s Cyber Monday console restock was notorious for many orders being canceled.
Unfortunately, Walmart also had many orders canceled after its Black Friday restock.
We cross fingers for this one to be the restock that breaks the cancelation curse!

Walmart is full of it. Three times they cancelled my confirmed order stating that I request it to be cancelled, which was a lie. Then they promised to reissued the original confirmation and that was a lie. I will be canceling my Walmart membership because I have no faith in them and will not be shopping in their stores any longer.
