Fastest Method to Unlock Augments & Camos in Black Ops 6 Zombies

Using this Black Ops 6 Zombies strategy, you’ll be able to unlock Augments, Weapon Camos, GobbleGums, and more with ease!

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 signifies the start of a brand-new grind for fans all around the globe. And as ever, players are working to find the best, quickest methods to help them level up their game.

Now, a new strategy might just be the best way to research Augments, and unlock everything that Black Ops 6 Zombies has to offer. Here’s how it works:

Set Up

Before you get started, make sure to select an Augment that you want to research. While performing this strategy, you’ll be able to fly through Augment Research, unlocking several levels of your chosen tool.

You’ll also want to equip the Frenzied Guard Power-Up, in order to give yourself additional survivability.

And finally, if your gun has a Suppressor, be sure to equip it in order to reap additional Salvage during gameplay.

Additionally, the CHF Barrel, which grants you an increased headshot multiplier, and an Extended Magazine are also nice bonuses, if they’re available.

The Method

1. Load into a game of Liberty Falls.
2. On your right, activate the Rampage Inducer.
   • While active, this will increase the difficulty of the game, causing zombies to come at you faster during the slow opening rounds.

3. Zombies can only come at you from the left and the right, making them easy to deal with. However, if you get overrun, simply drop down to the lower level of the roof to give yourself more breathing room.

4. At Round 7 (after the first Vermin round), disable the Rampage Inducer.
5. Drop down to the ground floor and defeat the wave as normal, leaving only 1-2 zombies so that you can explore the map without a following horde.
6. Head to the Church to discover the Pack-a-Punch, and while you’re there you might want to activate the raining zombies Easter Egg to get extra Essence, Aether Tools and free Scorestreaks.

7. Pack-a-Punch your gun in the Church, and use the Arsenal Machine outside to upgrade your weapon’s rarity if you have enough Salvage.
8. It’s also advisable to buy the Juggernog Perk-a-Cola from the machine in Liberty Falls Savings & Loan (the bank).

9. Then climb back onto the Gas Station roof where you spawned in, and re-activate the Rampage Inducer once more. Remain here, farming zombies, until you have more Essence burning a hole in your pocket.
10. When you think it’s time for a few upgrades, disable the Rampage Inducer and leave a few zombies remaining in the wave. Then go and Pack-a-Punch again if you can, or purchase the likes of Speed Cola, Quick Revive, GobbleGums, and additional Armor.
    • It’s also advisable to purchase the Napalm Burst Ammo Mod from the Arsenal, as this will deal additional damage against Manglers and Abominations.

11. On Round 25, head back to the bank roof to buy Deadshot Daiquiri from the Wunderfizz, upgrading your critical hit damage significantly!
12. After that, keep returning to your spot in the gas station, enabling the Rampage Inducer and occasionally heading out to get upgrades until Round 31. Now, it’s time to extract.
    • Turn off the Rampage Inducer at the end of Round 30, or things will be a little too difficult.
13. We recommend having a Chopper Gunner or similarly powerful Scorestreak ready to go when it comes to extracting.

This method is so effective at farming zombies because they can only come at you from two directions, and they’ll all line up at the same height for easy headshots.

It’s also easy to drop down from the roof at any point, resulting in the vast majority of the Round’s enemies coming at you in a straight and easy-to-shoot line!

However, if you get into a tricky situation, it’s good to keep a few escape options in your back pocket:

Easy Escape Options

1. When you get a chance, head to the roof of the bank and open up the zipline to the gas station. This will give you an easy escape option if things get overwhelming.
2. It’s also handy to have a Scorestreak in your loadout, as zombies won’t target you when you pull it out – even if you are completely surrounded!
3. Getting hold of Decoy Grenades or Cymbal Monkeys is handy, but both take some time to throw.
4. Taking the Anywhere But Here GobbleGum is a quick and easy way to teleport to a random location on the map – perfect for escaping danger.
5. And finally, don’t forget about your Field Upgrade when things get busy. Frenzied Guard will ensure that your Armor is always topped up, but Energy Mine is also a great option to clear out the undead.

By successfully completing the strategy above, you’ll be able to level up guns, unlock camos, and perhaps most importantly research Augments in no time!

We don’t suggest going any further before extracting however, as the difficulty continues to ramp up, yet you’ll see diminishing returns.
