Twitter Gives ‘Call of Duty’ & ‘Vanguard’ Hashtags Their Own Emojis

All anyone seems to be talking about today is the new Call of Duty Vanguard Beta, and now you can do it with some new emojis!

This weekend, we’re finally getting our first look at Call of Duty Vanguard’s Multiplayer in the game’s Early Access Beta. Of course, you do need to be a PlayStation user to get access to the new game for now.

Not only that, but it seems that you’ll need a next-gen console too! After all, Vanguard is unplayable on PS4 thanks to a huge blur issue that arises when firing.

That’s not the only issue with the Beta either, as Vanguard’s visibility is still very poor in places. It seems as though Sledgehammer Games still has some changes to make after the game’s Alpha reported similar problems.

And many players are even reporting that the Vanguard Beta has strong SBMM too!

Call of Duty Vanguard Gets Its Own Emoji

If you’re tweeting about Call of Duty Vanguard this weekend, you can do so using the game’s own unique emoji.

Lately, Twitter has been adding emojis to all manner of popular trends and topics. Whether it’s a new movie release, games console, or product reveals, there’s often an emoji to accompany them.

Now, anyone who tweeting using #cod, #CallofDuty, #Vanguard, or #ChampionHill will get a unique emoji alongside their post. Fans may recognize the emoji as being part of the new title’s logo.

If you’re dropping into the Beta today, bear in mind that Call of Duty Vanguard has some big audio issues. And it appears that the new Vanguard announcer is an unpopular pick too.

Make sure you’re running the best possible Vanguard Beta settings to give yourself the edge in-game.

But watch out for Call of Duty’s new broken Suppression mechanic which changes the game forever…
