Tortured Gift of Mysteries chests in Diablo 4 are a great way to unlock Legendary loot and crucial crafting resources.

However, as they only appear during Helltide, it can be difficult to track them down. Fortunately, we’ve compiled the locations of every Tortured Gift of Mysteries for you below.

Tortured Gift of Mysteries Chest Locations

Tortured Gift of Mysteries chests can be found exclusively in Helltide-affected regions all across Sanctuary. You will find them in Fractured Peaks, Scosglen, Dry Steppes, Kehjistan, and Hawezar.

Only one Tortured Gift chest will spawn per zone in a Helltide event, and Helltide covers three zones at a time.

As a result, the locations marked on the map are just potential spawn points for these chests. You may need to check multiple spawn points before you find one.

Additionally, Tortured Gifts of Mysteries chests can move during a Helltide event. Chests are relocated to another spawn point within a zone at the start of every real-life hour.

So, if the Helltide event starts at 12:15, then all chests within that Helltide-affected area will move at 13:00, 15 minutes before the end of the Helltide.

However, as Helltides only last one hour, if one starts at 12:00, it will end at 13:00, meaning the chests won’t move during that Helltide event.

Once you’ve successfully located a Tortured Gift of Mysteries chest, you’ll need to spend the Aberrant Cinders you’ve collected from enemies to open them up.

Fractured Peaks Tortured Gift Chest Locations

There are eight Tortured Gift of Mysteries chest spawn points in the Fractured Peaks region that you can find.

You will find four chests in the Sarkova Pass zone and four in the Frigid Expanse zone.

Scosglen Tortured Gift Chest Locations

There are 27 Tortured Gift chests spawn points in the Scosglen region in Diablo 4.

You will find 17 chests in the Northshore zone, 9 in the Deep Forest zone, and 1 in the Highland Wilds.

Dry Steppes Tortured Gift Chest Locations

There are 13 Tortured Gift chest spawn points in the Dry Steppes region that players can find during Helltide.

You will find 7 chests in the Untamed Scarps zone and 6 chests in the Khargai Crags zone.

Kehjistan Tortured Gift Chest Locations

There are 12 Tortured Gift chest spawn points in the Kehjistan region in Diablo 4.

You will find 5 chests in the Amber Sands zone, 3 in the Ragged Coastline zone, and 4 in the Southern Expanse zone.

Haweza Tortured Gift Chest Locations

There are 27 Tortured Gift chest spawn points in the Haweza region in Diablo 4.

You will find 14 chests in the Dismal Foothills zone, 1 in the Ruins of Rakhat Keep, and 12 in the Fethis Wetlands zone.
