Here’s a countdown to the release of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6’s next round-based Zombies map: The Tomb!
For those who are enjoying Black Ops 6’s Zombies mode, you’re in luck. Not only do we now have three full round-based experiences available in the game, but a fourth is just around the corner.
Treyarch has now confirmed that its next Zombies map, The Tomb, will be coming to Black Ops 6 alongside the launch of Season 2.
And for those wondering exactly when they’ll be able to hop in, we’ve got everything you need to know below:
Countdown to The Tomb Zombies Map
The fourth Black Ops 6 Zombies map, The Tomb, will go live on January 28, 2025, at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET / 5 PM GMT, alongside the full Season 2 update.
That means that The Tomb will be ready to play in .
Treyarch has already confirmed a handful of details about the new Zombies map, including its archeological setting and the fact that a classic Wonder Weapon will make its return.
However, those who prefer a guided experience will have to wait a little longer to enjoy the new map.
The Tomb’s Directed Mode likely won’t launch until nearer Season 2 Reloaded, which we can expect to arrive sometime in February 2025!
However, we might not need to wait an entire half-season for it to arrive, judging by the fact that Citadelle des Morts’ Directed Mode dropped just under a month after the third map’s release.
In the meantime, Call of Duty fans can enjoy a week of Double XP prior to the launch of Season 2. For the first time ever in Black Ops 6, Double Battle Pass XP is on the cards too, so be sure to finish your Season 1 pass before it’s too late!
