Starfield Lead Designer States ‘Players Are Going to Lose Their Minds’

Starfield’s Lead Designer claims players will have a fantastic time with the game!

After a long time of waiting, fans will finally enjoy Starfield in some months. The game was first announced in 2018. After a four-year wait, gamers have tremendous expectations of this title.

Thus far, Starfield has been dubbed as Skyrim in space. Since this moniker arose, Bethesda has claimed the game is much more than that.

Bethesda has promised players an outstanding experience, and on several occasions, it has pledged the game world would be highly interactive and detailed.

The game is even running in a completely new engine and launching only on current-gen console hardware to achieve this feat.

In a recent Bethesda blog post, Starfield’s Lead Designer added a bit more to this promise with some exciting statements!

Starfield’s Lead Designer Describes the Game’ Something Really Special’

Emil Pagliarulo, the Lead Designer of Starfield, stated in a recent Bethesda blog post the game is “Something really special. Players are going to lose their minds.”

When providing this statement, Pagliarulo explained that Starfield’s systems are starting to work as intended at this point in development.

Pagliarulo added that they still have to finish the game even though the game systems are working.

This hints that the game’s development is going as intended. Therefore, giving gamers who expect this title hope that it will not be delayed.

Some time ago, Bethesda showcased a new location of Starfield through a teaser trailer. But, aside from this, there are not many indications that the game development was entirely on track.

Thus far, just in these few months, high-profile games like Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League and The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild 2 have been delayed.

This 2022 trend of delaying games had fans uneasy, but it seems Starfield might avoid this trend based on its Lead Designer’s comments.

The studio has already promised an outstanding title, and certainly, fans will not settle for less.
