To get the Abyss Trekker ship in Starfield, you need to purchase it from the Ship Services Technician in Paradiso.

Where to Buy the Abyss Trekker Ship in Starfield
You can buy the Abyss Trekker ship from the Ship Services Technician near the Spaceport on Paradiso on Porrima II.
After landing in Paradiso on Porrima II, head to the Ship Services Technician. He should be to the right after you exit your ship:

How to Pilot Class C Ships in Starfield
To pilot Class C ships in Starfield, your Piloting skill must be at least Rank 4.
There are four 4 ranks in total for the Piloting skill in Starfield:
- Rank 1 – You can now utilize ship thrusters.
