Splitgate 1.04 Update Improves Server Queue Times, Adds Autosprint & More – August 6

The Splitgate 1.04 update has just arrived and it has introduced some great new features, alongside making the game’s queue significantly shorter!

Splitgate has taken the internet by storm recently. It’s come out of nowhere to be one of the most popular games in the world right now.

Despite this, the game is still in beta and the developer 1047 Games still has plenty of improvements it wants to make. Luckily, some of those improvements have arrived in today’s Splitgate 1.04 update.

Splitgate Update 1.04 Patch Notes

Recently, developer 1047 Games revealed info about the Splitgate anti-cheat system. And now, a patch with some fan-requested features has just dropped!

According to the Splitgate Twitter account, the 1.04 update includes:

  • 360fps support on PC
  • Autosprint (in settings)
  • Kicking people who AFK in menu too long

Additionally, the update will lead to “better queue times going forward”. This is huge as many Splitgate players are fed up with waiting to jump into the game.

This seems to be an issue that the developer improves with every update, as it was only yesterday that the Splitgate queue time was reduced in a minor update.
