Insomniac’s Spider-Man 2 Is in Development, Hints Miles Morales Actor

The actor who plays Miles Morales posted a photo suggesting that Spider-Man 2 is finally in development at Insomniac Games.

Marvel’s Spiderman was one of the best games of the PS4 generation. Swinging through the sprawling metropolis of New York City never gets old.

Spider-Man fans were lucky enough to get the Miles Morales spin-off last year, but now it looks like a fully-fledged sequel is finally in development. This isn’t a surprise, considering that 25 first-party PS5 games are currently in development at Sony.

Check out the post from Miles Morales actor Nadji Jeter, hinting that Spider-Man 2 is in development right now.

Nadji Jeter Instagram Post Hints at Spider-Man 2 Development for PS5

Fans of the web-slinger already knew that a Spider-Man sequel was coming, thanks to some huge leaks revealing the symbiote suit in Spider-Man 2. What’s more, another leaker revealed that Venom will be the main villain of Spider-Man 2.

However, a (now deleted) post from Miles Morales actor Nadji Jeter shows him in a full motion-capture suit. Don’t be surprised if this means that Spider-Man 2 is currently in development and has now either reached or completed the motion capture phase.

Alternatively, this could hint that the heavily-leaked remake of the Last of Us is in development, and not Spider-Man 2. This is because Nadji Jeter also played Sam in The Last of Us.

Are you excited at the possibility of Spider-Man 2 or a remake of The Last Of Us? Neither of these will be arriving soon, but at least PlayStation fans have the stunning Horizon Forbidden West to look forward to.

However, it’s not all good news for PS5 owners. The highly-anticipated God of War Ragnarok has been delayed.

Also, Horizon Forbidden West might not release in 2021 either. It would be an empty few months for PlayStation fans, but at least there’s Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut coming soon.
