Playstation Error Codes

PSN Error 80710a06 – Issue preventing sign in to account and kicking off account too. Potential solution (use at your own risk). Go to network settings (custom) and set primary DNS to 23.21.182.24 and secondary DNS 69.42.56.54.

PSN Error c-82e10193 – This is an internet connection error. There was a problem connecting to the PlayStation Network. The network connection has timed out during the PSN sign-in process. If the servers are listed as operational, try

1. Test your internet connection
2. Reboot Console / Router
3. Contact your ISP

An error occurred NP-31970-0 – This has historically been an issue with the PSN servers being down. It would be worth restarting your console every 30 minutes to make sure it detects when a fix goes live.

An error occurred 80710016 – Shown to appear at times where the servers are down.

An error occurred NP-38551-2 – An issue affecting setting your PS4 to primary. If this is continuing to happen after the servers are listed as operational. Sign in, Go to (Settings) > [Account Management] > [Activate as Your Primary PS4] > [Activate].

PSN Error Code CE-33992-6 – 1. Remove and set up your network connection, 2. Turn your PS4 off, 3. Reboot your router with a wait off 5 minutes before you turn it back on, 4. Turn on the PS4, 5. Log in and check if it works.
