Saints Row Reboot Wingsuit Official Gameplay

Saints Row is getting a reboot, and thanks to some new gameplay footage, we can now see the new wingsuit addition in action!

It was only a couple of months ago at Gamescom 2021 that the Saints Row reboot was officially revealed. Although Saints Row 4 failed to impress fans, perhaps a revamp to the formula can bring players back.

Publisher Deep Silver’s latest entry was all the way back in 2013, although Saints Row The Third received a remaster back in 2020.

In fact, Deep Silver isn’t the only publisher to attempt to remaster their most popular games. Rockstar Games is also set to release GTA The Trilogy Definitive Edition relatively soon too!

Now, we are being treated to new and exciting gameplay of the upcoming Wingsuit addition in Saints Row, which will allow players to soar through the skies in style!

What’s more, it looks like wingsuits are the new in-thing at the moment, with many upcoming titles also adopting this gadget.

How Does The Wingsuit Work in Saints Row Reboot?

The newest mechanic to the often-times crazy Saints Row series is the Wingsuit! Here is what we know about it from the latest gameplay footage.

Recently, Gameinformer posted exclusive gameplay for the upcoming Saints Row Reboot. In it, players can see the all-new Wingsuit in action.

However, the footage is from an early pre-alpha version of the game, which means it could change significantly for the final release.

Despite this, the Wingsuit looks to completely transform the Saints Row series with more maneuverability than ever.

And for those that have played any of the Just Cause games, this movement will seem familiar to you. The Wingsuit will enable players can traverse huge portions of the map with ease and stay airborne for an extremely long time.

Interestingly, it looks like by tilting upwards players can gain massive height, or tilt downwards to descent quickly, making for dramatic entrances into gunfights.

And, from a short section of the gameplay footage, it looks like players can even transfer directly from Wingsuit to a vehicle if they land a quick-time event.

If you’re interested in taking a look for yourself, just below is the official Saints Row Reboot Wingsuit footage, courtesy of Gameinformer.

But that’s not all for new gameplay at the moment, recently leaked Elden Ring Xbox One has allegedly appeared online too!
