The controversial Roze skin has received a huge nerf after Warzone Pacific Season 3 Reloaded.
The low visibility skin made players harder to see in Verdansk, and has had previous useless nerf attempts in Warzone Season 3 and 4. Another Roze nerf attempt has arrived!
The Roze operator skin was the Tier 100 reward in Modern Warfare Season 5 Battle Pass. Players could also buy the Roze skin from the store through microtransactions at a price of 2,400CP.
This outfit has caused much controversy in past Seasons in Warzone, and Raven Software decided to leave the skin in the game.
Warzone Roze Skin After Season 3 Reloaded Update
The controversial skin’s outfit is often blended in the shadows in dark areas of the map, making it very hard to see. On the official patch notes Raven Software stated that the Roze Skin has been nerfed.
Rose Skin Adjustment
- We have made a 70% adjustment to increase the brightness of the infamous Roze outfit. With the recent lighting improvements to Caldera, it once again made her outfit out of balance with the rest of the Operator options available to Players.
Raven Software also included:
“Just like our Weapon balance, we are very conscious that our Operator meta plays an equally important role in the second-to-second gameplay health so this change was necessary.”
This change to the Roze skin ensures that the players are still visible during gunfights. Or at least that is the intention.
This controversial skin has been previously been called ‘pay-to-win‘ making the developers change the way it looks in-game.
Also, some players asked to remove the skin from the game, especially after multiple bugs made the skin invisible.
In other news, Raven Software has reduced the player count after Warzone Season 3 Reloaded.
