What’s Inside Red Raid Eggs in Pokemon GO?
Right now, the Elite Raid Boss inside the Red Raid Eggs is Regidrago! However, future Elite Raids will contain different boss fights, most likely always with mythical or legendary Pokemon.

All Red Raid Egg Spawn Times
So far, Red Raid Eggs containing Elite Raid Battles have always appeared at 11 AM, 2 PM, and 5 PM local time.
Players will be able to see Red Eggs counting down for 24 hours before a powerful Raid Boss appears for just 30 minutes. However, it’s possible that these spawn times may change in the future.
Elite Raids will also only be present on occasions where Niantic has a powerful new boss fight to unleash.
