Recently, we heard that PS5 stock shortages could be over soon, as console production ramps up! And with two new PS5 DualSense colors officially releasing, fans believe there’s more hardware to come.

After all, could these new devices be teasing a black or red console when PlayStation’s redesign comes out next year?

Without further ado, here’s where to find a PS5 restock in the week running May 17-23.

Walmart PS5 Restock

Walmart PS5 Restock Date: May 20 (Rumored)

Big news for Walmart this week, as PS5 stock is reportedly arriving for in-store pickup!

If these rumors are true, Walmart may be moving to mainly in-store drops, with the aim to have most stores with PS5 stock by August. We’re happy to hear that the company is steering away from online orders, as Walmart is notoriously bad at shipping PS5 consoles.

This is a great way to avoid scalpers too, although you’ll have to do the legwork. Initial reports indicate that Walmart has already begun stocking certain stores, with new locations added every week.

What’s more, rumors suggest that Walmart may also be restocking online consoles this Thursday, April 20. If your local store still has no luck, this could be your best shot!

Target PS5 Restock

Target PS5 Restock Date: May 19 (Rumored)

Word on the street is that Target is setting up for a May 19 PS5 restock this week, with more consoles up for grabs. The company last dropped on April 28, so we’re expecting a sizable volume of PS5s dropping.

How To Get A PS5 From Target In Upcoming Drop

This could be your earliest chance to nab a PS5 online, so be ready at approximately 7:40 EDT. This date and time comes straight from PS5 restock tracker Matt Swider, who appears confident in the drop.

Antonline PS5 Restock

Antonline PS5 Restock Date: This Week

As far as retailers go, Antonline is definitely one of the most consistent. The online store tends to drop PS5 restocks once a week, with limited capacity, and this week’s drop sold out in seconds.

Bear in mind, Antonline always sells PS5s in bundles, meaning that you’ll be paying a higher price for the console. However, it’s been known to be one of the easiest stores to buy from – you just have to get there first.

However, restock tracker Jake Randall has some exciting news about Antonline after a recent business meeting with the retailer! According to Randall, the news is BIG and worth the wait – we’ll hear more about the new deal between the two parties this week.

Best Buy PS5 Restock

PS5 restock at Best Buy

Best Buy PS5 Restock Date: May 20 (Rumored)

This retailer was one of last week’s biggest hits, and Best Buy has often been a consistent PS5 restocker in the past. The Best Buy website has restocked PS5 consoles on two back-to-back Thursdays, leading to rumors about this coming week.

3:40 PM EDT is the time to watch when you’re checking the Best Buy store. Could this be the return of one of our favorite places to find a PS5 after waiting for the retailer to restock for over a month?

GameStop PS5 Restock

PS5 restock at GameStop

Best Buy PS5 Restock Date: May 19 (Rumored)

Our last restock at GameStop was this week, May 12. The retailer has a rumored upcoming drop this Wednesday too, but nothing is confirmed.

GameStop tends to restock every one to two weeks. Given that we saw a drop this week, we’re hoping the retailer has more consoles heading to its online store.

This retailer is one of the easiest places to buy from when the drop goes live, but bear in mind that the consoles are usually sold in bundles.

Amazon PS5 Restock

PS5 at Amazon

Amazon PS5 Restock Date: This Week (Rumored)

After Amazon finally restocked its PS5 consoles at the end of April, the retailer dropped thousands of devices. However, given that it dropped its stock at 3 AM, a lot of fans were angry to miss out on their chance.

New reports indicate that Amazon hasn’t sold all of its 46,000+ PS5 consoles yet, so expect a second, smaller wave in the coming weeks! Although Amazon is one retailer that’s impossible to predict, reports indicate that the largest online retailer will be restocking PS5 consoles before Amazon Prime Day in June.

PlayStation Direct PS5 Restock

PlayStation Direct PS5 Restock Date: This Week (Rumored)

Finally, after 3 weeks of silence, we had a new PlayStation Direct PS5 drop this week. Usually, Sony drops PS5 consoles each week, although we’ll have to see if the site is returning to form with another restock in May before getting our hopes up.

Lately, Sony has been inviting players directly to buy a PS5. The manufacturer has been offering consistent drops, with Tuesday and Thursday being the most common days to keep an eye on.

That’s all we know about the PS5 restocks from May 17-23 right now, but be sure to stay tuned for updated information as it arrives.

Meanwhile, PlayStation Studios has arrived on Steam, with 41 games in its store! And Sony is announcing it’s working on 25 new first-party PS5 games, meaning there’s definitely a reason to keep up the search!

Although PS5 stock shortages will continue into 2022, we’re hopeful that more drops are coming. And it’s a shame that Sony isn’t attending E3, as we’d love to see more from the incredible 4K PSVR 2.

Who does all of this speculation help? It's like saying if you go out in public you could get covid, or you could not. However, if you go out in public to a Walmart you will not get covid because there has not been a single Walmart that has had to close its doors due to a possible outbreak amongst its staff and employees for the entirety of the pandemic. So your saying that even though this whole thing is a hoax, and the pandemic does not exist I could still contract it? Thats helpful and insightful information, much like you provided with the circle jerk here. Target and Walmart MAY GET SOME THIS WEEK OR THEY MAY NOT.. GAMESTOP OR BESTBUY MAY GET SOME THIS WEEK OR THEY MAY NOT. HELPFULL NOT!
