In case you hadn’t seen, there’s a new PS5 redesign coming to help alleviate stock issues. However, chances are you’ll have your new console before it hits the market.
We’ve also had word of two new PS5 DualSense controller colors leaking early. Could this mean that we’re not far off a new PS5 console color too?
Without further ado, here’s where to find a PS5 restock in the week running May 10-16.

Target PS5 Restock
Target PS5 Restock Date: Wednesday, May 12 (Rumored)
The last time that Target dropped a PS5 restock was April 28. Since then, the retailer has been restocking its warehouses, and there’s good news for hopeful gamers.
Last time Target had a restock, thousands of gamers got their hands on a PS5 console. And Target insider Jake Randall confirms that there’s a good chance that history will repeat itself in this week’s drop.
GameStop PS5 Restock
GameStop PS5 Restock Date: Early This Week (Rumored)
Last week, GameStop has a mini next-gen drop for just Xbox Series S consoles. It’s now been a week without PS5 drops at the major retailer, which last restocked on April 28.
With that in mind, there’s a good chance that this week is our week to secure a console at GameStop. This retailer is one of the easiest places to buy from when the drop goes live, but bear in mind that the consoles are usually sold in bundles.
Antonline PS5 Restock
Antonline PS5 Restock Date: This Week
As far as retailers go, Antonline is definitely one of the most consistent. The online store tends to drop PS5 restocks once a week, with limited capacity, and this week’s drop sold out in seconds.
Bear in mind, Antonline always sells PS5s in bundles, meaning that you’ll be paying a higher price for the console. However, it’s been known to be one of the easiest stores to buy from – you just have to get there first.
Amazon PS5 Restock
Amazon PS5 Restock Date: This Week (Rumored)
After Amazon finally restocked its PS5 consoles at the end of April, the retailer dropped thousands of devices. However, given that it dropped its stock at 3 AM, a lot of fans were angry to miss out on their chance.
New reports indicate that Amazon hasn’t sold all of its 46,000+ PS5 consoles yet, so expect a second, smaller wave in the coming week! However, Amazon is one retailer that’s impossible to predict, and it could always be opting to restock only once a month from now on too.
Walmart PS5 Restock
Walmart PS5 Restock Date: Thursday-Friday 13-14 May (Rumored)
Walmart’s most recent major restock took place last Thursday, and it’s hard to believe that it’d be dropping again this week. However, after April was a poor month for PS5 restocks, May is looking much brighter.
Reports are already indicating that Walmart may have PS5 stock on Thursday or Friday this coming week.
It’s always possible that the retailer will come back in stock, but we wouldn’t recommend buying a PS5 from Walmart if you have a choice.
Best Buy PS5 Restock
Best Buy PS5 Restock Date: Unlikely This Week
Despite waiting for a Best Buy PS5 restock for over a month, the company finally released its stock last Thursday, before the Walmart drop was even complete. Because we waited so long for this restock, we’re not holding out hope that Best Buy will drop again this week.
However, there are always a few orders that go uncollected or get canceled for whatever reason. If Best Buy’s restock was large enough, perhaps it’s gearing up for a mini drop later this week.
PlayStation Direct PS5 Restock
PlayStation Direct PS5 Restock Date: This Week (Rumored)
It’s now been three weeks since the last PlayStation Direct PS5 restock, and Sony is sure to have some stock on the way.
Lately, Sony has been inviting players directly to buy a PS5. The manufacturer has been offering consistent drops, with Tuesday and Thursday being the most common days to keep an eye on.
After a quiet few weeks, it’s definitely almost time for the next restock, and the drops may finally make their return.
That’s all we know about the PS5 restocks from May 10-16 right now, but be sure to stay tuned for updated information as it arrives.
Meanwhile, there’s a new class-action lawsuit against Sony regarding its expensive PlayStation Store prices. And finally, we know the long-awaited release window for FromSoftware’s Elden Ring!
