The only way to get a version-exclusive Pokemon that is not in your Pokemon game is through trading.
This means that if you want to get Morpeko but are playing on Pokemon Scarlet, you’ll need to trade with someone who owns Pokemon Violet. Thankfully, there is a way to do this even if you don’t know anyone with the other version of the game.
