Pokemon Legends Arecus has taken the series in a new direction, but still has plenty of returning features. Of course, one of the most popular returning is Mystery Gifts.
Longtime fans of the series and newcomers alike will be happy to see Mystery Gifts in Legends Arceus as they give you some great freebies like outfits or even some extra Pokeballs.
After all, you’ll need all the Pokeballs you can get if you want to catch all of the Alpha Pokemon in Legends Arceus.
However, you can’t get Mystery Gifts straight away! Here’s how you can use the feature and redeem your reward codes!

How to Unlock Mystery Gift Function in Pokemon Legends Arceus
Mystery gifts will help you on your long journey to catching Arceus. Plus they can also give you some cool clothing so you can look cool while you do it!
Mystery Gifts aren’t available to claim immediately, but it shouldn’t take too long to unlock the feature.
You will be able to claim Mystery Gifts once you complete the 5th mission, ‘A Request From Mai’. Finishing this gives you the option to claim Mystery Gifts.
However, you’ll still need to know where to input the codes!

How to Redeem Codes in Pokemon Legends Arceus
Many players will have a code for the Hisuain Growlithe clothing set to claim, but there are a variety of Mystery Gifts you can claim by entering codes!
Follow these steps to redeem any codes you have for Pokemon Legends Arceus:
- Press the ‘up’ button on your Joy-Con to open your satchel.
- Cycle between pages with ZL or ZR until you reach the ‘Mystery Gifts’ tab.
- Select the ‘Mystery Gift’ option.
- Choose ‘Get via internet’ to search the internet for any Mystery Gifts currently avaialble.
- Choose ‘Get with Code/Password’ with you have a code to input
- Claim your free Mystery Gifts in Pokemon Legends Arceus.
