Best Counters To Zapdos in Pokemon GO
Zapdos Type Weakness
As an Electric/Flying type Pokemon, there are only 2 move types that are super effective against this raid boss. These are:
- Rock
- Ice
Moves using either of these types will deal 160% damage!
However, Zapdos has plenty of types it is resistant to. Players should avoid using the following types in this raid:
- Ground
- Fighting
- Flying
- Bug
- Steel
- Grass
Moves of the above types will only deal 63% damage, making it much harder to beat this raid.

Although, the legendary birds reappearing in raids is right amidst players begging Niantic to put legendaries back in Research Breakthroughs
Alongside that, players are also calling the new Weekly Event Box worthless! Hopefully, when new Hisuian forms are added to the game Niantic will also fix many players’ concerns.
