The Pokemon GO Spring into Spring event is a yearly celebration of the new season and has added some Spring-themed Field Research Tasks for players to complete too!
Spinning a PokeStop from April 4 – 10, 2023, could give you one of these new limited-time Field Research Tasks. Luckily, once you’ve picked up Field Research, there is no time limit to complete it.
These are the three new Field Research Tasks in the Spring into Spring event, as well as the costumed Pokemon you can get as a reward for completing them:
Field Research Task | Reward |
Hatch an Egg | Cherry Blossom Pikachu or Cherry Blossom Eevee![]() |
Hatch 2 Eggs | Flower Crown Togetic![]() |
Hatch 4 Eggs | Flower Crown Chansey![]() |
Before you hatch any Eggs, it’s a great idea to install the official Pokemon GO Egg Hatching Widget. This is because it lets you easily track how much further you need to walk to hatch Eggs without opening the app!
Hatching Eggs is usually a lengthy process, but the Spring into Spring event has sped it up drastically. To be exact, any Egg put in an Incubator during the event will get the bonus of 1/2 hatch distance, meaning you’ll hatch it twice as fast.
As you’ll be hatching Eggs to finish these Field Research Tasks, you’ll also want to know what Pokemon you could get. Find out the possible hatches from every Egg yo can currently pick up:
