How to Catch Shadow Regigigas in Pokemon GO
The only way to catch Shadow Regigigas in Pokemon GO is by defeating the Team GO Rocket Boss Giovanni in the Showdown in the Shadows Special Research.
You will encounter Shadow Regigigas after beating Giovanni in step 4 of the Research.
Shadow Regigigas will not be available forever, though, as you can only claim Showdown in the Shadows until December 1, 2023. After this, a new Team GO Rocket Special Research will be available, and Giovanni will use a new Shadow Pokemon.
