The Pokemon GO Seedot Spotlight Hour is taking place from 6 PM to 7 PM local time on January 17, 2023.
For the duration of this event, the number of Seedot spawning in the wild will be greatly increased. This makes it the perfect time to farm Seedot Candy so you can evolve it into Nuzleaf and then Shiftry.

Pokemon GO January 17 Seedot Spotlight Hour Bonus
The bonus for the Seedot Spotlight Hour on January 17 is double XP for catching Pokemon. It will be active throughout the whole of the Spotlight Hour, from 6 PM to 7 PM local time.
This is a great bonus for any player who wants to level up, as the bonus can also stack with a Lucky Egg, giving players 4x catch XP!
If it is XP you’re after, make sure to use Lure Modules as well as Daily Adventure Incense to maximize how many Pokemon you can encounter and catch during the double XP period.
