In addition to the new shiny Pokemon and Shaymin form in GO Fest 2022, players also encountered a brand-new character in the game.
Anyone who logged into the game during the Sunday of GO Fest 2022 will have encountered an inter-dimensional researcher called Rhi. This mysterious character also gave players a set of Special Research to complete.

How to Complete Rhi’s Arrival Special Research in Pokemon GO & All Rewards
There are three different steps in the Rhi’s Arrival Special Research, each with three different tasks to complete.
Step 1: Rhi’s Arrival (1/3)
| Task | Rewards |
| Spin 10 PokeStops or Gyms | 200 Stardust |
| Hatch an Egg | 22 Pokeballs |
| Complete 2 Field Research Tasks | 2 Razz Berries |
Step 1 Rewards: 2 Nanab Berries, 200 XP, Numel encounter.

Step 2: Rhi’s Arrival (2/3)

| Battle in a Raid | 2 Revives |
| Take 2 Snapshots of your Pokemon | 2 Super Potions |
| Transfer 10 Pokemon | 200 Stardust |
Step 2 Rewards: 2 Pinap Berries, 22 Great Balls, Drilbur encounter.

Step 3 Rewards: Lure Module, Charged TM, Swinub encounter. Additionally, this will unlock the ‘A Radiant World’ Special Research for anyone who bought a Ticket to Pokemon GO Fest 2022.
