The event bonus for the Pokemon GO Primal Rumblings event is 2x XP for evolving Pokemon.
Therefore, if you want to level up fast, we recommend saving your Pokemon evolutions until during the event. That way, you can get double the XP for every Pokemon that you evolve.
Of course, if you want to evolve Pokemon, you’ll need a lot of Candy. Here are the fastest ways to earn Candy in Pokemon GO so you can do this quickly!
New Featured Rayquaza Attack – Breaking Swipe

If you don’t catch a Rayquaza which knows Breaking Swipe, you’ll have to use an Elite Charged TM to teach it this exclusive attack at a later date.
