The Paldean version of Wooper is finally coming to Pokemon GO, and the release date has been announced!
Many Pokemon have regional variants that have a different appearance and type, but the Paldean version of Wooper is certainly one of the best.
The Poison/Water-typing of Paldean Wooper is useful, but what makes this regional variant so cool is the brown color and the bones on the side of its head. Despite the clearly poisonous appearance, it still retains the cute smiley face that Pokemon fans love Wooper for!
Fortunately for fans of this updated Wooper design, Paldean Wooper will be available to catch in Pokemon GO very soon.
Pokemon GO Paldean Wooper Release Date
The release date for Paldean Wooper in Pokemon GO is Sunday, November 5, 2023.
It will be spawning in the wild very frequently during the Wooper and Paldean Wooper Community Day event, which is running from 2 PM to 5 PM local time on November 5.
Pokemon GO developer Niantic has also confirmed that players will be able to evolve Paldean Wooper into Clodsire at this time too.
Moreover, the shiny version of Paldean Wooper will also debut in Pokemon GO on November 5. This is as soon as the standard version of this regional Wooper is available to catch!
While we know when Paldean Wooper will arrive in Pokemon GO, it is not confirmed if it will be available following the November 2023 Community Day. Therefore, we recommend that you catch as many as you can during this event!
