There are four Raid Hours in Pokemon GO during June 2023, featuring three Legendary Pokemon and the return of an Ultra Beast. The Raid Hours this month take place from 6 PM to 7 PM local time on the following dates:
- June 6 – Azelf, Mesprit, or Uxie
- June 14 – Azelf, Mesprit, or Uxie
- June 21 – Nihilego
- June 28 – Nihilego
Whether Azelf, Mesprit, or Uxie is featured in the Raid Hour depends on where you are in the world. This is because they are region-exclusive Pokemon.
Azelf is available in the Americas and Greenland; Mesprit is in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India; and Uxie is in the Asia-Pacific region.
Additionally, if you are lucky, you’ll be able to encounter the shiny versions of each of the Raid Hour Pokemon. Find out the shiny odds for Legendary Pokemon so you know how many times you’ll have to defeat each of them!
Even if the Raid Hours are the best time to catch each of these Pokemon, they’ll be available throughout June. Check out the June 2023 Pokemon GO Legendary and Mega Raid schedule for more details.

In addition to the Raid Hours, you’ll also want to take part in some Raids on the weekends. Shadow Articuno will be appearing in Shadow Raids every weekend of June 2023!
This is the first time that Shadow Articuno will be a Raid boss in Pokemon GO. Plus, you’ll be able to catch the shiny version of Shadow Articuno for the first time too!
