The 2022 calendar of Pokemon GO Fests is almost over but there is still one major event to end this year’s festival in style.
Of course, there is loads of free content in the Pokemon GO Fest finale. However, if you want to experience everything the event has to offer, you’ll need to buy a ticket for it.
A ticket for the Pokemon GO Fest 2022 Finale doesn’t come cheap, but it will give players access to plenty of exclusive content!
Pokemon GO Fest 2022 Finale Ticket Price
The Pokemon GO Fest 2022 Finale Ticket is in the in-game item shop now and costs $11 (or local currency equivalent).
Additionally, after purchasing a ticket, players can gift a ticket to an in-game friend for just $4.99. This is perfect if you want to take part in the event with a buddy and the gifting process is very simple.
How to Gift GO Fest Finale Ticket to Friends
- Buy a GO Fest 2022 Ticket for yourself.
- Go back to the Pokemon GO Shop in-game.
- You will now have the option to buy up to 3 additional tickets to gift to friends.
- Select the ‘gift’ option and choose which friend to send the ticket to.
What is Included With the GO Fest Finale Ticket?
Sky Forme Shaymin Special Research Stories
The main attraction of the GO Fest Finale Ticket is that it will give players access to 3 different Special Research stories that will arrive at 12 PM, 2 PM, and 4 PM.
These are following the first GO Fest Finale Special Research story that is available at 10 AM for free-to-play players too.
Ticketed trainers will have to complete each Special Research story in order to access the next one and finishing them all will give players plenty of rewards like Avatar items and an encounter with Sky Forme Shaymin.

What’s more, there is no time limit to complete these Special Research stories. All players have to do is log in during the event and claim the first one, then they will have access to them forever.
GO Fest 2022 Finale Ticket Bonuses
Players who have a ticket will get these bonuses for the duration of the GO Fest Finale event:
- Get up to nine free Daily Raid Passes by spinning Gyms.
- Up to 5 surprise snapshot photobombs.
- Extra 5,000 XP for winning in-person Raids.
- Incense activated during the event will last two hours.
- 3× XP for spinning PokeStops and Gyms.
- 1/2 Hatch Distance for putting Eggs in Incubators during the event.
- From 10 AM local time, Trainers can change the forms of Sky Forme Shaymin and Land Forme Shaymin.

Incense Spawns
Finally, players who have purchased a ticket for the Pokemon GO Fest Finale will be able to use Incense to attract a load of Unown forms as well as some very rare region-exclusive Pokemon at different times of the day.
