The Pokemon GO Dark Flames Research is all about Dark or Fire-type Pokemon, and it is up to you to choose which path to take, and which rewards you earn.

The Dark Flames event has added plenty of content, and the Timed Research is one of the most exciting new additions. This branching Research story allows players to catch some great Dark-type or Fire-type Pokemon!

After completing step 1 of the Dark Flames Timed Research, you will get the choice of two paths to take – one for Dark-type Pokemon, and the other for Fire-type Pokemon.

Find out whether to choose the Dark-type or Fire-type path in the Dark Flames Research before proceeding to the next steps.

The completion rewards for each step remain the same, but the reward Pokemon you get differ, in addition to whether your tasks involve Dark or Fire-type Pokemon.
