Every year, Pokemon GO holds a fashion week event, where Pokemon put on their most stylish outfits, and the 2023 edition has plenty for players to look forward to!
Of course, the highlight of every Pokemon GO Fashion Week is the new costumed Pokemon. Luckily, there are three new fashionable Pokemon to catch!
What’s more, there are plenty more costumed Pokemon spawning in the wild and in Raids, plus plenty of new Research and in-game bonuses.
Date & Time
The 2023 Pokemon GO Fashion Week event starts at 10 AM local time on Wednesday, November 15, and ends at 8 PM local time on Sunday, November 19.

This gives players five days to catch all of the brand-new costumed Pokemon in the game!
New Costumed Pokemon
During the 2023 Fashion Week event, players will be able to get three new costumed Pokemon, each of them wearing a Fashionable Costume:
- Fashionable Costume Dragonite
- Fashionable Costume Wooper
- Fashionable Costume Quagsire
The new Fashion Week Dragonite will be available to catch from 3-Star Raid battles or by completing the 2023 Fashion Week Collection Challenge.
Meanwhile, you can find Wooper in the wild, hatch one from a 5km Egg, or encounter one as a reward from Field Research or by beating it in a Raid. Then, you can evolve Fashionable Costume Wooper into Fashionable Costume Quagsire.
Event Bonuses
The following in-game bonuses will be active during the 2023 Fashion Week event:
- Limited-time Avatar Items will be one sale
- 2x Candy for catching Pokemon
- Increased chance to receive Candy XL for catching Pokemon (Level 31 trainers and up)

Additionally, the odds of hatching a shiny Gothita are boosted for these Eggs!
Research & Collection Challenge
The 2023 Fashion Week event is adding new Research and a new Collection Challenge to complete.
Firstly, there will be a new selection of Field Research Tasks for players to complete. The rewards for these include the Fashion Week costumed versions of Butterfree, Diglett, Wooper, Kirlia, Shinx, and Blitzle.
Next, players will be able to complete a Fashion Week-themed Collection Challenge to earn an encounter with the new costumed Dragonite.
Finally, there will also be a new Paid Timed Research in the event. This Research costs $2 (or local currency equivalent), and the rewards include encounters with costumed Pokemon and two Premium Bttle Passes.
New Avatar Clothing
Finally, a new selection of stylish outfits for your in-game avatar will be available in the shop during Fashion Week 2023. These are the new items that will be on sale:

- Reuniclus Top
- Reuniclus Boots
- Hooded Denim Jacket
- Denim Pants
