The Pokemon GO 2023 Adventure Week has changed which Pokemon you can hatch from 7km Eggs. Now, they will contain one of four great Fossil Pokemon!
Any 7km Egg you find during the 2023 Adventure Week event (from 10 AM local time on July 27 to 8 PM local time on August 2) will be an Adventure Week event Egg containing one of the following four Pokemon:
If these rare Pokemon being in the 7km Egg pool wasn’t enough, there is a chance for all four of these Pokemon to be shiny too! This even includes the shiny versions of Tyrunt and Amaura, which have only just come to Pokemon GO.
What’s more, the odds of hatching the shiny versions of Tyrunt or Amaura from a 7km Egg are boosted!
If you want to get more of these 7km Adventure Week Eggs, you’ll need to open Gifts from Friends. Unlike other Eggs in Pokemon GO, the only way to get 7km Eggs is by opening Gifts – you cannot get them from spinning PokeStops.
Fortunately, none of these Pokemon are exclusive to Eggs, either. If you are after any of these Pokemon, finding them in the wild is easier than walking 7km.
In addition to being in the 7km Egg pool, all of these Pokemon are spawning in the wild for the duration of Adventure Week! Plus, many of the Adventure Week Field Research Tasks reward you with an encounter with either Tyrunt or Amaura!
